Deep Stretch Flow with Nidra

Immerse yourself in a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation with Deep Stretch Flow Yoga with Nidra class. This unique practice combines gentle, deep stretching movements to enhance flexibility and release tension in the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra session that promotes profound relaxation and mental clarity. The perfect winter yoga session!

In the first part of the class, we will flow through a series of deep stretches designed to target the major muscle groups, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Each pose will create space in the body, encouraging a sense of openness and ease, while soothing the mind.

As we transition into the Yoga Nidra segment, you’ll be guided into a state of conscious relaxation. This practice, often referred to as "yogic sleep," helps to release stress, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being. You will be gently led into a meditative state, where deep rest allows for healing.

Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or simply unwind, this class offers a holistic approach to nurturing both the body and mind. Join me to experience the profound benefits of deep stretching and the blissful tranquility of Yoga Nidra.

EMPOWERED MOBILITY WITH DEB

Empowered Mobility is rooted in the principles of dynamic mobility and functional movement.

Unlike static stretching or traditional strength training, dynamic mobility focuses on active, flowing movements that lubricate the joints, activate the muscles, and encourage the body to move with intention and ease. Throughout the 45 minutes, you’ll experience a blend of mobility drills, bodyweight exercises, light weight movements and mindful transitions designed to empower everyone to move with greater confidence!

Benefits include:

Boost body awareness and proprioception
Reduce risk of injury by preparing the body for daily activities

This is not a yoga class, more of a movement class (not dance) though you may experience some yoga inspired movements.

Meet Ekaterina…

Ekaterina is a certified hypnotherapist, energy healer, and deeply rooted spiritual teacher whose journey into yoga began in her late teens. What blossomed into an advanced personal practice later evolved into a profound spiritual development in her early 30s.

After giving birth to four children in just six years, Ekaterina faced significant postpartum health challenges and was advised to stop practising yoga altogether. Refusing to accept these limitations, she transformed her practice into a restorative and core-rebuilding path that not only healed her body but elevated her physical strength and flexibility beyond pre-motherhood levels. This physical transformation paralleled a deep inner evolution—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Since 2020, Ekaterina has been actively teaching yoga, sharing her passion and inspiration. With over 500 hours of professional training, she offers a wide range of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, Yin, and Kundalini Yoga, as well as guided meditation.

Her classes are a unique fusion of movement, energy work, and spiritual insight—crafted to help others experience the profound healing and transformation that yoga can offer. Ekaterina continues to expand her offerings with a mission to inspire, uplift, and empower others on their own journey toward wellbeing, wholeness, and self-realisation.

SPRING MINI RETREAT WITH DEB

Begin your morning immersed in mindful movement, breath, and relaxation. This spring retreat is designed to refresh your body and mind with a carefully sequenced blend of yoga practices, nourishing breaks, and contemplative rest.

Schedule:

8:30am – 8:45am: Pranayama

Start the day by awakening your breath through guided pranayama (breathwork). Establish a gentle, mindful rhythm and prepare both body and mind for practice.

8:45am – 9:45am: Vinyasa Yoga (1 hour)

Flow through an energising vinyasa sequence. Build heat, strength, and flexibility through dynamic movement linked with breath. Suitable for all levels, with opportunities to modify as needed.

9:45am – 10:45am: Yin Yoga (60 minutes)

Transition into a longer, restorative yin yoga session. Settle into deep, supported postures designed to open connective tissue and release tension. Each pose will be held for several minutes, inviting relaxation and introspection.

10:45am – 11:15am: Morning Tea

Enjoy a nourishing break with herbal teas, fresh fruits, and healthy snacks. Connect quietly with fellow participants or simply rest.

11:15am – 11:45am: Yoga Nidra

Lie back for a guided yoga nidra (“yogic sleep”). This meditative practice will help you enter a state of profound relaxation, supporting mental clarity and emotional balance.

11:45am – 12:00pm: Meditation with Mudra

Close your retreat with a seated meditation using a mudra (hand gesture) to cultivate inner peace and intention. Practice gentle breath awareness and mindful presence as you transition back to your day.

Exchange: $85
