$60 per workshop or $100 for both.

You can attend one or both. All levels welcome. You do not have to have a regular yoga practice to attend.

Overview of the concept of Prāṇā (life force) and its significance in yoga.

An explanation of how breath influences physical, mental, and emotional states.

Deep Stretch Flow with Props

Starting April 14th I’m bringing back DEEP STRETCH FLOW!

Gosh I love teaching this one! It’s super beginner friendly and gentle but still has snippets of a challenge thrown in here and there.

PROPS such as blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets will be heavily featured in this series.

The lights are dim, the music is chill, the vibes are calm.

This is a fortnightly Monday class and you can pay for the block of four, use your class pass or pay casual.

This is a perfect intro for those looking to try yoga for the first time, those returning after a break, or regulars who are looking to slow things down.

How to Prepare and What to bring:

Arrive hydrated with an open mind and comfortable clothing.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, blanket, water, and journal if desired.

Avoid eating heavily before the event and ideally no coffee or other stimulants for the 3 hours prior

Your facilitator:
James is a 200hr certified Ashatanga yoga teacher who quit his corporate job in 2011 and travelled extensively through South America, Europe, India and Asia for over two and a half years. He was introduced to Innerdance by a friend in the Philippines in 2014. There he completed his first Innerdance Energy School with Pi Villarazza the founder of Innerdance. This had a transformative effect on his life opening up his understanding of energy work and self healing. He completed a second Innerdance Energy School with Pi in 2017 and has been holding space for private and group Innerdance sessions in Perth since 2019. In 2020 James completed Usui Reiki - Level 1 training with Aroca. James looks forward to sharing the practice of Innerdance with you.

Ashtanga POP UP Class

The Studio is free Tuesday April 15th so it’s time for some ASHTANGA YOGA Deb styles!

Suitable for those with a regular practice.

This is a dynamic practice with lots of vinyasas. Poses are held for five breaths. Breaks are encouraged and other options are given for some poses.

5.30pm - 7pm - 90 minutes of yoga love!
