These are regular classes taught by studio owner Deb

SLOW FLOW

A gentle class suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome. We start with breathwork and add in some gentle movement, with mobility being a prime focus. Variations are given and props provided and encouraged to be used. We end with meditation and/or relaxation.

VINYASA FLOW

A more dynamic class. Suited to those with a regular practice. We link breath to movement to create a seamless flow. Classes will vary. It could be an Ashtanga inspired class one week and a Tai Chi Flow class the next! As always, variations and modifications given.

YIN

Poses are held for between 1-5 minutes and mainly done seated or lying down. Good for ALL levels including beginners. Great for sports people and athletes as it works into the connective tissues surrounding the muscles. This allows the practice to increase your joint health, stability and mobility and promotes mental relaxation.

DEEP STRETCH FLOW

This is a fortnightly class.

Deep stretch flow with props is a rejuvenating yoga practice that enhances flexibility and promotes relaxation. Using props like blocks and straps, we can achieve deeper stretches safely, maintaining proper alignment. The flow includes gentle, sustained stretches targeting major muscle groups, helping to release tension and improve mobility. This mindful approach fosters calm and balance, making it ideal for reducing stress and enhancing well-being, suitable for all levels.

Minimum of two people required for class to proceed.

Students will be notified at least one hour prior if class is cancelled. Full refund or credit will be given for pre-purchased casual passes.
